For more information, see Wisconsin Statute 111.335 and the Department of Workforce Development "Arrest and Conviction Records under the Law" publication.

A municipal ordinance violation is neither a misdemeanor or a felony. For more information, see http://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/111/ii/335 and the Department of Workforce Development's publication entitled Arrest and Conviction Records Under the Law.
